Start PC when Explorer.exe fails to load.

Have you ever seen your computer Not starting & displaying a message "Explorer.exe has encountered a problem ". You don't see anything on the Desktop. No icons, no taskbar. No Start button. So what will you do? How to get rid of this trouble?
This happens after modifying some system files especially "Explorer.exe". If you install several programs like Vista Tranformation Pack you are likely to tweak your system files. After it prompts you to restart your machine, it dosen't load Explorer.exe file & diaplays the error message.
Here's the trick. Well there's nothing much to do except Re-Installing Windows from it's CD or from other Operating system if you have. After reinstalling Windows successfully, Double click My Computer->Double click the Drive letter where the current Operating system resides. There will be a folder "Windows". Open it & find the file "Explorer.exe". Copy this file to another Partition to a safe location so that it could be easily found.
Now When the above message appears (unfortunately after many days), press ctrl+alt+delete together to bring up Task Manager. Click on File->New Task. It will bring up a small window. Click Browse & locate the above copied file "Explorer.exe". Press OK. That's it. You have now access to your computer. Copy the saved Explorer.exe file to its original location (in System's Windows Folder).
EnZoy!
